Bee-Z

My life has been craZy Bee-Z this week..... And it's only Tuesday! All the fun and excitement began yesterday.... Here are some great reasons (excuses) why I never blog:
- I work Full Time @ a Bank
- I started a 2nd job yesterday at Sassy's
- I started Summer School Yesterday
- My life is very boring, I do the same ol' thing every day.
You can clearly see what my life consists of and revolves around. I have no FUN what-so-ever..... ok- maybe a little!
Do you remember when my dear friend left the bank and we threw her a going away party not to long ago? Well, this is her and her husbands new restaurant: Sassy's Red House Bar B-Q & Grille.
She was kind enough to let me start waiting tables there. The good news- its fun and exciting and hopefully I will make good tips. The bad news- I missed the whole week of training and it is very tiring and very hard work. But in the end it will pay off.... or I hope! If you like some good BB&Q and a great atmosphere, then you should come on down and try it out! The food is amazing.... and the service is great too, hehe. I will be working there on MWF and Saturdays from 5:00-10:00! Some come see me! = ) *It is located past the old hospital towards Dixon st in Fayetteville, its a red building! You can't miss it!
And guess what? It's time for school AGAIN. Yeah! Wahooo! I'm so excited..... NOT! That 2 week break sure did go by fast ......... maybe because I spent a week of it at the beach, which was amazing! I am taking Survey of Exceptionalities this summer, hopefully it will go by fast too. The good news is that it is an online class, so I don't actually have to go to school!
Happy B-Day Becke' !!!
Today is my wonderful sisters BIRTHDAY! Becke'- you are a wonderful daughter, amazing sister, fantastic wife, a great mother to your children and a friend to all. You have so many great characteristics and talents, that have blessed those around you in many ways. I pray that God will continue to bless you and help you impact other people's lives, as much as you have impacted mine. Thanks for being such a phenomenal sister and an amazing role model. I love you & HAPPY BIRTHDAY LULU!

3 & 4 year olds!
Ok, so most of you know how much I love young children, HINT: I want to be an elementary teacher! Well, I have been helping out with the 3 & 4 year old class at church, and it has been a blast. Well, now I get to come up with the lesson plans each week & I am so excited! I have so many great ideas just spilling out of my head. I want to do them all the first Sunday, but I realize I have to spread them out over time. I went to Lifeway today on my lunch break and found the BEST book ever- The Humongous Book of Preschool Ideas 2. It is full of FUN & CREATIVE ideas. This book includes everything- bible experiences, crafts, games, songs, snacks, and prayers! I can't wait till this Sunday! Does anybody have any great ideas or resources, or crafts? I am open for any suggestions!

Important!
I have a very important poll on my blog and I would love for everyone to take the time and give me your opinion! I have been trying to decide "when" to get my masters. A) As soon as I am done with my bachelors and put of teaching for another 1 and 1/2. B) Go ahead and get a job, start teaching and then go back and get my Masters.
I want to get my Masters in Administration. But I don't want that kind of job immediately. I DO want to tech for a while first (k, 1 or 2 grade) and then maybe one day be a principal.
Any suggestions..... it doesn't matter if you are a teacher or not, I want to know what you think. But, if you are a teacher, are the chances of getting hired better if you have a masters? Just curious?!?!
Thank you!!!

3 more weeks....
I'm so excited.... I just can't hide it..... I'm about to..... ok-ok-ok, so on with the post.
ONLY 3 MORE WEEKS OF SCHOOL LEFT AND THAN FINALS. WAHOOO!
What's not exciting about that? I can't wait to be done this semester! I am so burned out on History, I don't know if I can take anymore! But, I guess that's what I get for putting them all off till the very last semester.... oops! Overall, this semester hasn't been too bad. AND it actually went by pretty fast. YAY You know, I've always heard the saying, "the older you get the faster time goes by" and I never really believed it until now. It seems like the older and older I get, the faster time seems to be flying out the window. It almost scares me, and I wish it would slow down.... never thought I would say that. I had always planned on graduating in 2011, and getting married that summer, but those are 2 major things, and I don't know if I'm ready! The idea of being a responsible adult, and teaching a classroom full of five year olds is scary. And there's always the question, what if they don't like me, or what if I'm not any good at teaching, then what? Do I have to start over, and find another career..... or even worse...... What if I love the job, and I love the kids, and the kids love me, but my crappy ole' knees wont let me squat and sit on the ground like I need to be able to do, so I can get on the same level as the kids..... LOL-- That was suppose to be a joke.... funny. But seriously these old knees aren't as good as they use to be. = / And then there's marriage. What... marriage? Ahhhh RUN....Fast! Trey and I have decided that when we get married, we will have to continue to live where we are. I will live with my parents and he will live with his. REASON: We are both the babies in the our family, and unless you are the baby in your family, you have no idea how hard this job is...... hard but very enjoyable! So, we have decided to live at home, because, admit, mom dad, Hugh, Judy, you need us. And we will save so much more money! = ) And, if we do happen to have kids one day, they will live with me, and go to their dad's (or grandparents I guess) every other weekend. Isn't that a GREAT idea? Okay.... maybe not, but it sounds good for now!
Anyways, back to school. Yes, only 3 more weeks, and I can't wait. The only bad thing is that there is soooo much due towards then end of the semester.... crazy stuff like crazy projects, reports, and more tests. ERRRR no more tests- please!! And speaking of book reports, I have one due Wednesday, yes this wednesday, and asked me if I have started reading the book yet.... "Amelia, Have you started reading the book yet"? WELL YES I HAVE, THAT'S A DUMB QUESTION, WHO WOULD HAVE A BOOK REPORT DUE ON WEDNESDAY... IN 2 DAYS AND NOT START READING THE BOOK YET! But..... I am only on chapter 1..... that's a start? Well, I guess I better get off of here and go read some more, so I don't get behind..... LOL
I hope you have a great day tomorrow.
