It's Been 2 Long

I really have nothing important or fun to say, but I had to blog about something because I am sick of looking at feet. 

Last week was Spring Break, and I miss it already, even though it wasn't the best Spring Break ever. I miss the days when I got to head of to Colorado and go skiing for a week. Those were the good ole' days! Unfortunately, this year, there was no "spring" and there was no "break". What the heck? Why even use that term? = )  I went back to class again Yesterday and was bombarded with the exciting news of having more tests next week..... oh boy- I can't wait!

The GOOD news is, that Mom, Becke' and I are heading to the beach again this summer & I can't wait! There's nothing better than laying on the beach with the sun beaming down on you, and the sound of the ocean in the background. This will be our 3rd year to go to Gulf Shores! We love it there. It's clean, quiet, great dolphin cruises, places to shop and there are a ton of wonderful restaurants to eat at.... You can't beat that

The BAD news is, that my body needs to step it up and get in beach mode too! So, tonight a friend and I decided to go running..... HA HA HA HA HA  Oh my goodness. I could barely make it half way down the street and my side was cramping, my heart was racing, and I thought I was going to throw up! I have Never been this out of shape before. The pain did go away after a bit, but my legs sure were like jello when we got done! I'm just dreading tomorrow, hoping that I'm not going to be so sore that I can't even get out of bed.  Maybe I will JUST stick with dieting and forget about the whole exercise thing?

American Idol 2009- Well, I missed most of this tonight, but I did get to see Chris perform, and the recap of the show, and all I have to say is WAHOOOO --> GO CHRIS! He's seems to be getting better and better every week!  Chris & Danny are still my 2 favorite!

Walgreens- My favorite mascara (Loreal Carbon Black) is on sale at Walgreens right now! BUY 1 GET 1 FREE  You can't beat that! Especially with the crazy price of mascara right now, who knew bat poop could be so expensive! 

Need A Part Time Job?  I am so sad, my wonderful, sweet, amazing Shawna is leaving Metropolitan. Her and her husband are opening up a new restaurant, so she is going to go do that...... It's not going to be the same without her!  So, therefore, Metropolitan is hiring for a part time teller. The hours are M-F 1:00-6:00 and Saturdays 9:00-12:00. Foto Fun-  While Becke' & the boys were up here last week, we had some spare time to take some more fun pictures! She is getting really good and she enjoys it, which makes a photographer even better! This weekend mom & I went shopping, and were both in the mood "to buy". Ya know what I mean? Sometimes you can talk yourself out of things, and convince yourself that you really don't have the extra money to buy that, but sometimes there's NO stopping yourself! You just want to buy every cute little thing you see, and there is no Guilt standing in the way.  But, what an exciting weekend it was! I bought 9 pairs of shoes & mom bought 4. Can you tell we have Spring Fever and are ready for some cute summer shoes?  I didn't realize we went overboard until we got home and I spread them all out in the middle of the floor..... OOOOPS! Too many shoes?  NEVER!  A girl can never have too many pairs of shoes... There's no such thing. Here are some pictures of are FUN purchases.....

NEW Magazine.....

I received a NEW Magazine in the mail today. A magazine that I love so much and enjoy rushing through it as soon as it comes! KRAFT: FOOD & FAMILY! If you don't get this magazine, then you need to go to Krafts website and sign up for it! They always have the best recipes  & the best thing is that it's FREE!!!

Also..... This Week is Customer Appreciation Week at Regis Salon. All products are on SALE and any service is 20% off! You know I will be getting my hair done this week! (March 16th-22nd) If you live Northwest Arkansas, Audra in Fayetteville does an amazing job!

American Idol 2009

So, tonight is American Idol elimination.  Well, who do you like, who do you not like and who do you want off of the show?  I think there are several talented singers this season. Most of them are just so young.... just babies! Chris, from Conway, Ar just made it through! That's pretty exciting, one of our very own Arkansans is doing GREAT! Way 2 go Chris! 

They are doing a new thing this season, where the judges can save a contestant? That is craZy. They are changing everything up this year! So, basically, if the judges think that the contestant deserves a 2nd chance, they can give them one! Hmmmm. What do you think about that. Right now Jasmines singing for her life? Should she be saved?  She's very young, talented and pretty too! (She's going home tonight)   = (

Well, I know there are several good contestants this season, but there is one particular person that stands out in my mind. DANNY GOKEY    He seems so real, and like he really wants to be there and win. He has put all of his heart into this contest, and he is an amazing singer! So, if you are undecided who you really like this season.... take my advice and vote for Danny!!!! I choose him to win it all!

Well, I'm gona go finish watching and hopefully my top picks will make it through! = )

Finally..... a NEW week!

I know there's no excuses for not blogging, but last week was so hectic! I had 3 tests, a quiz, and a major project all due last week! I don't know about you, but I don't handle "stress" very well and last week was very stressful! By Friday I was wore out. 

NEW WORK ZONE -There have been several changes at work lately, and no, there not wonderful changes. But I do realize with our economy the way it is right now, this is what's best for Metropolitan. It just..... Stressful!! It will just take some time & energy to get use to things!  = )

KITTY'S HOME -The good news is that my horse is finally back and it has been amazing. There's not enough bruises, tree limbs, or a sore booty that can keep me from riding! I feel so FREE when  I ride her. Trey & I have had more fun this past week together then we have had in a long time! It's great for both of us! It gets us out of the house and enjoy some fresh air! Yesterday  I got to ride for about 6 hours and it was priceless! (Today my body will tell you something different.)

TIME CHANGE- I don't know about you, but I had the hardest time getting out of bed this morning. I was so tired, and just wanted to lay there all day! But no... I had to get up, get in the shower and head to work.  = (   But from the looks of other co-workers, they had a hard time too! So, I wasn't the only one!  

Dancing with the *STARS*  This just might be a long season. I only got to watch a little bit of it because I had class tonight, but not too many people just amazed me! Hmmmm. I did think Shawn Johnson and Melissa Rycroft did a gOOd job!  (you know the famous gymnast & the girl who got her heart broken on the bachelor!)  They were by far my favorite!

Well, I know this was kind of a random post, but I just thought I would give you an update!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Today is my wonderful daddy's birthday! God has blessed him with _ _ GREAT Years and I pray that he will continue to be blessed many more years!!! (I might get in trouble if  say his age !!!)
