Big Green Tractor

Every time I see a "BIG GREEN TRACTOR" I can't help but think of Jason Aldean's song, Big Green Tractor.

And I can take you for a ride on my big green tractor
We can go slow or make it go faster
Down through the woods and out to the pasture
'Long as I'm with you it really don't matter

Well, not only did I have the oppurtinity to go for a ride on a Big Green Tractor, but I also got to drive a Big Green Tractor! On Monday, I got to go to the farm with my dad and feed some hay to the cows. We had a great time!

It's Official

I left the house today with 2 different types of shoes on. While driving down the road, I quickly realized that my boots were two different colors, wow- that's because they are two different boots, different brands.

I have a nice pair of boots (UGGs) and a not so nice pair of boots (I got at Sam's and they are just as comfortable!) The nice pair I wear our, the not so nice pair I wear to work. That way if I get them yucky... "It's No Big Deal" as my adorable nephew would say! But today, I decided to juice up the outfit a little bit and wear one of each! OOOPS! = )

Have you ever mismatched your clothes on accident?

Wacky Walmart

*This post goes along with my sisters.... Krazy Kroger*

I went to Walmart earlier to pick up 3 things, 1/2 and 1/2, Diet Mt. Dew, and Green Chiles. And Walmart was a MAD HOUSE! There were people everywhere, you would have thought there was a major blizzard coming and we were going to get snowed in for days.... no weeks.... no months. Unlike my sister, Walmart had all the supplies I needed, but the check out lines were crazy.

There was this one lady with two carts full of groceries using the self-check out. I think there should be a 20 item limit on the self check outs too..... she was definitely holding up the line! (Sorry if you're one of those of people that use the self-check out with LOT'S of items) But, I have a hard enough time checking out with 3 items, saying "unexpected item in bagging area" I can't imagine having to hit I DON'T WANT TO BAG THIS ITEM with over 100 items.

The good news: I got my 3 items and got out of there and headed home to make Green Chili Chicken Soup.... Thanks to an amazing recipe from dear friend Stephanie! Amazing!

Bad News: No Snow yet..... all of these people wasted their time........

Cowgirls don't cry.....

They wear Carhartt.

Last year when I bought Miss Kitty (my horse). I decided a needed a Carhartt coat to keep me warm while I'm out there messing with the horses. I mean it is the number one brand for construction workers and cowboys, right? So, I found a great deal for one at Sharpes in Siloam Springs. Trey always claimed that I needed a pair of bibs to go with my coat. But, they're a little over priced..... and they wouldn't help my "figure" any, so I never got a pair. HA! But, right after Christmas Trey surprised me with a pair that he had bought JUST FOR ME! = ) AND he got the perfect size too, I think he did better on the size then I would have. So, the Sunday after Christmas we stopped by Tractor Supply got some gloves and a Carhartt hat and headed to his house to saddle up the horses! Yep, it was COLD, but it was FUN! Luckily my body did not get cold (thanks to all my pieces of Carhartt) but my toes and my face did get cold! = ( I guess I need some carthartt socks and a face mask!
